A tentative agreement was reached Friday March 29 in the afternoon with Okanagan Valley Publishing Group. There are four certifications involved, The Penticton Herald, The Daily Courier Pressroom, The Daily Courier Drivers and The Daily Courier front office.

The ratification vote is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2019 throughout the day and in various locations as follows:

Penticton Herald – Noon at the Penticton Herald Boardroom

The Daily Courier – Press – 3:30 pm in the Pressroom

The Daily Courier – Drivers – 5 pm Coast Capri Hotel

The Daily Courier – Front Office – 5:30 pm – Coast Capri Hotel

                                         – Mailroom – 8:00 pm – Coast Capri Hotel

 

It is important that you attend these meetings to review the details of the new agreement and to vote on the agreement itself.  Be sure to have your voice heard.
